WORCESTER — A ground-breaking ceremony was held Oct. 15 at The Oasis at Dodge Park, a new Alzheimer’s and Dementia Residential Care Facility being built on the site of the old Odd Fellows Home at 102 Randolph Road, Worcester.
The new facility will be built in two phases with 82 total units; Phase One will consist of 50 beds and Phase Two will have 32 beds. The project is designed by Levi + Wong Associates of Concord. Once completed, the secure, 60,000 square foot facility will have a large, central courtyard and many gardens. Dodge Park owners are Micha Shalev and Ben Herlinger. Phase One is scheduled to open in November 2016. General Contractor for the project is Whipple Construction of Worcester.
